Warranty

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, any defective item purchased on canterbury.fr and delivered within the last two years may be subject to a return authorisation. Detailed proof of purchase is still required.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service via email and provide the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your order number or receipt
  • Date of receipt
  • Clear photos showing the defect, as well as the item code (alphanumeric code on the product label) and the entire product.


For any defective item received within the last 30 days and whose warranty claim is approved by our services, we will fully refund you, with no additional charges.

If your purchase is over 30 days but less than two years old, our customer service may offer you a customized solution.

It is important to note that we cannot compensate for damaged products for other reasons such as negligence, improper use, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, customers who purchased the product outside our online store are not eligible for compensation.
