Delivery & Shipping
Orders placed on a business day (Monday to Friday) before 14:00 will be dispatched within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. However, orders with printing or embroidery are handcrafted and may therefore take longer. The processing times for these orders can vary between one and seven business days, but our goal remains to dispatch them the next business day.
During peak demand periods, the processing and handing over of your parcel to the delivery service may take longer than you are accustomed to. We are doing everything we can to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note that an additional delay of twenty-four to forty-eight hours is possible.
Public holidays may potentially affect your order's processing and refund period. Please refer to the Dutch public holiday calendar for further information.
We guarantee swift delivery of your items by DHL. Your parcel is handed over to the carrier, after processing by our logistics team. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is on its way. To easily track the progress of your parcel's delivery, you can use your tracking link at any time.
Orders shipped outside the European Union are handled by PostNL. You can track the progress of your order using the tracking link provided via email.
